EW是中心的服务人员，平时的工作就是刷洗瓶瓶罐罐、消毒灭菌、配制溶液，工作内容虽然简单，但是却至关重要，她为中心工作了长达35年之久，亦可谓劳苦功高，现在将要退休，中心为了表示感激，为她举办欢送会（Farewell），因此，她写了这封邮件给中心的所有工作人员，标题是 FAREWELL TO ALL 。
As you may know，是美国人常用的发语词，用在句首，语气轻松毫无压力；
